Actress Candace Cameron Bure was a trendsetter back in her Full House days, and now she is making 40 look like 20! She has done so all while maintaining a family (husband and THREE kids) and jet-setting across the country between LA and NYC all the time. Her secret? Shakeology!
Before a flight, she says she would have a breakfast of “Shakeology protein shake with half a banana and almond milk”, and even right before filming The View. It’s definitely her go-to breakfast when traveling, as you see as she documented her meals for Cosmopolitan. It allows her to eat vegan and avoid dairy as much as possible, to avoid stomach issues as she’s on the go.
She also works out regularly to maintain her level of fitness, but her focus on nutrition is definitely working wonders! Glad to see another woman loving this nutrition miracle in a glass.
